Our established law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in personal injury law who is eager to provide compassionate and effective support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies on a regular basis.
  • Gather and organize all necessary documents, such as medical records, police reports, and other evidence.
  • Coordinate client treatment plans and monitor their progress.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation when necessary.
  • Summarizing medical records and preparing demands
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management
  • Skills:
    Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with medical records, insurance procedures, and settlement negotiation.

Technology:
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
