Case Management Schedule:
Day | Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Supervise case management and clerical staff, managing daily schedules, workload distribution, and resource contracting to ensure efficient patient care. Communicate with administration and medical staff regarding admission appropriateness, length of stay, discharge planning, and complex case issues. Serve as a subject matter expert on utilization criteria, appeals, reviews, and case management system documentation. Cover units directly as needed while overseeing post-acute tracking, disease management programs, and daily operational priorities. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Case Manager credentialed from the American Case Management Association (ACMA) preferred. Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing preferred. Social Worker credentialed from the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling preferred.
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Work Experience:
3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required. What additional requirements you'll need at least one year of leadership RN licensure or MSW;LCSW preferred prior case management experience Life at
