Do you have experience working at a firm and are you experiencing burnout? We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to help us conduct all aspects of case management. Ideal job seekers will be incredibly organized and have experience drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files. As the Case Manager, you are key to working an entire case from start to demand. You will be responsible for managing the case, client communication, handling medical records and treatment, and finalizing the demand.

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of personal injury cases, ensuring each step is handled with precision and care. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance to build trust and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. Draft and review legal documents with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and enhance the firm's ability to advocate for clients. Coordinate and manage medical records and treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for negotiations or trials. Maintain organized and comprehensive case files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date for team members and clients alike.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, ensuring each step is handled with precision and care. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance to build trust and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. Proven track record of drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Strong skills in conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and enhance the firm's ability to advocate for clients. Experience in coordinating and managing medical records and treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date. Ability to collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for negotiations or trials. Proficiency in maintaining organized and comprehensive case files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date for team members and clients alike.
