Support families at risk of or experiencing homelessnessManage high-volume communication via phone, email, and SMSProficiency in learning and using various software programs and databasesCollect and manage required documentation to ensure timely move-ins and paymentsConduct home visits and travel regularly year-round throughout the service areaStrong decision-making skillsHighly adaptable to schedule changesMaintain accurate data entry and compliance with program requirementsAdapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
