Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Program Director, design, develop and implement day habilitation service plans that facilitate individual progress Complete annual assessments, support strategies, day habilitation support plans, quarterly summaries and other documentation as required by day habilitation regulations Support and encourage individuals in meeting their habilitation goals Provide direct instruction to individuals. Bachelors Degree in related field required, plus two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or in other educational/human service setting Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Berkshire County Arc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
