$21.22 per hour

Schedule:

Per Diem/Relief:

Days (10a-6p) and Weekends (9a-3p). 20

Who we are looking for:

Seeking per diem case workers to help empower adults with intellectual disabilities to make more meaningful life choices by working directly with those individuals in our Independent Living Supports (ILS)

Department Work Settings:

Individual's Homes/In the

Community The Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring community engagement Assisting with ensuring a livable environment Participating in the development, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of each individual's goals Providing therapeutic support and assisting in Behavior Support Plans, if appropriate Transporting individuals to and from appointments Assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living such as feeding, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of personal care, and nutritional needs Money management, such as support with benefits Willingness to obtain training & certification within 90 days of hire - We will train!

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid MA driver's license and willingness to drive Ability to pass a driving and background check

Vaccine Card Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to complete training both online and in-person

Preferred:
