Job Description

Randolph County Developmental Disability Services (RCDDS) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Case Manager in our Satellite Office located in Maryville Case Managers collaborate with individuals, families, and other agencies to connect individuals with resources and services, and monitor those services funded by Dept. of Mental Health. Case Managers regularly coordinate & facilitate face to face meetings with individuals and their support team, often in the individuals home, for the purpose of monitoring services, developing support plans and making needed changes to services. Strong skills in basic math, verbal and written communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal relations are essential for this job, as well as basic computer knowledge and basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook). Ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude in learning new tasks, be self-motivated and demonstrate good organization skills.

Examples of job responsibilities include:

visiting individuals at required intervals throughout the year to monitor services they receive, coordinating needed services, entering daily case management activities into an electronic database, facilitating and typing support plans and other documents in a timely manner.

•Our current case manager opening will work with adult individuals primarily living in residential settings in the Maryville area, however some daytime travel may be required outside the area. Mileage reimbursement is paid at .76/mile for any travel using your personal vehicle.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a Registered Nurse license. Valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and access to clean, reliable transportation. Full-time, 40-hour a week position with biweekly pay periods. No on-call or weekends!!

•Friday daytime hours (approx. 8am-5pm) and opportunity to work some remote hours after successful 90 day probationary period. Starting wage range is $20.00-21.00/hour based on related experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits

•100% agency paid for employee, 60% paid for dependents. (Health benefits are active 1st of the month after hire date) Employer paid

LAGERS Retirement Plan Paid Time Off:
