Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services Support people in reaching their unique goals Coordinate and monitor individualized plans Advocate for the needs and rights of those you serve What we are looking for: Must have a bachelor's degree in the human services field, or a bachelors degree in an unrelated field with the ability to complete additional state required training. At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!)
