The BT is responsible for implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and assisting in the development of socially significant skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Required Qualifications Experience with working with children Availability Monday thru Friday Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Provide 1:1 direct therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings. Collect accurate and detailed data on client behavior and skill acquisition during sessions. Assist with functional behavior assessments as directed by the BCBA. Follow treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans consistently. Use reinforcement, prompting, and other evidence-based ABA strategies appropriately. Support clients in developing communication, social, play, daily living, and academic skills. Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions. Maintain professional boundaries and comply with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all duties.

$25.00•$30.00 per hour
