Job Description

The firm is dedicated to high-quality advocacy, client-centered service, and meaningful results for injured individuals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre- lit Case Manager role based in Roslyn, NY. The case Manager should have minimum 5 years of negotiating Pre - litigation cases to settlement.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Law, including personal injury Plaintiff settlements. 5 plus years of experiencing in negotiating personal injury settlements. Proficiency in handling matters pre -lit personal injury settlements. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage a litigation caseload independently. Prior trial or significant litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort matters required.
