) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by providing assistance, guidance, and resources. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. The Agent will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing case plans, and ensuring that clients receive the necessary support to improve their circumstances. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Develop and implement individualized case management plans. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively. Provide crisis management support to individuals facing urgent situations. Write detailed reports documenting client progress and interventions. Facilitate interviews with clients to gather relevant information for case management. Collaborate with community resources and agencies to connect clients with additional services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments. Adhere to confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information. Qualifications Experience in social work or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in motivational interviewing and crisis management. Proficient in case management practices, including report writing and interviewing techniques. Familiarity with law enforcement protocols is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to advocating for clients' needs and rights.
