Bilingual English/Spanish Required Position Summary The Outreach Care Coordinator is responsible for expanding awareness of Riopathway Therapy Services, developing trusted community and referral-source relationships, generating qualified leads, and helping families connect with ABA services. This is a hands-on marketing and business-development role focused on increasing visibility, strengthening referral partnerships, and supporting sustainable client growth while maintaining professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant communication. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Community Outreach
Represent Riopathway Therapy Services in the community and communicate the organization's mission, services, and value clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.
Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, diagnostic providers, schools, daycares, therapists, case managers, community organizations, autism support groups, and other appropriate referral sources.
Conduct regular in-person outreach visits, introductory meetings, presentations, networking activities, and follow-up contacts with community partners.
Identify new outreach opportunities, community events, partnerships, and local organizations that can increase awareness of Riopathway services.
Distribute approved marketing materials and coordinate bilingual outreach materials for Spanish-speaking families and community partners. Lead Generation & Client Growth
Generate qualified prospective-client leads through ethical outreach, relationship development, events, campaigns, and community engagement.
Provide accurate, non-clinical information to prospective families and connect interested families to the appropriate intake or clinical team member.
Follow up consistently with prospective families and referral partners within established timelines while maintaining professional boundaries.
Maintain a strong referral pipeline and help move inquiries through the outreach-to-intake process without making promises regarding eligibility, authorization, treatment outcomes, or clinical recommendations.
Collaborate with intake, operations, and clinical leadership to understand current capacity, service areas, scheduling needs, and growth priorities. Relationship Management & Events
Maintain regular contact with key referral partners and develop long-term professional relationships based on responsiveness, trust, and service.
Coordinate and attend community fairs, school events, physician-office visits, parent events, networking meetings, and other outreach opportunities.
Assist with planning open houses, educational events, presentations, and community engagement initiatives.
Act as a professional brand ambassador and ensure all outreach activities reflect Riopathway's values of compassion, collaboration, integrity, excellence, and growth. Tracking, Reporting & Follow-Up
Accurately document outreach activity, referral-source contacts, leads, follow-up tasks, events, and outcomes in the company's approved tracking system or CRM.
Prepare weekly and monthly outreach reports, including activity levels, pipeline status, referral trends, community engagement, and client-start results.
Monitor which outreach strategies and partnerships generate meaningful inquiries and recommend adjustments based on results.
Maintain organized schedules, contact lists, outreach calendars, and follow-up reminders. Compliance & Professional Expectations
Protect all client and family information in accordance with HIPAA, company confidentiality requirements, and applicable privacy laws.
Use only company-approved communication methods and marketing materials when communicating on behalf of Riopathway Therapy Services.
Do not provide clinical recommendations, interpret treatment plans, discuss a client's progress, or represent yourself as a clinician unless separately qualified and authorized to do so.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
Follow all applicable healthcare marketing, referral, payer, and company compliance requirements. Outreach activity must be based on legitimate marketing and relationship development, not improper inducements for referrals.
Immediately report any privacy, compliance, ethical, or professional concern to leadership. Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate professionally with families and community partners in both languages.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, psychology, social services, or a related field preferred.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatrics is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations, making outreach calls, visiting community partners, and representing the company at events.
Strong organization, time-management, and documentation skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for outreach activities as required.
Ability to use email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM or lead-tracking systems, and social media/business communication tools.
Base Rate:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentive compensation of $1,000 for every five qualified new clients who begin services and remain actively enrolled for at least 30 days, subject to final company policy and compliance review. Work Environment & Schedule
Position includes office work, telephone/email outreach, community visits, networking events, presentations, and local travel.
Some early-morning, evening, or occasional weekend community events may be required.
Employee must be able to manage a flexible outreach calendar while meeting reporting, follow-up, and attendance expectations.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
