The Entry Level Community Outreach Associate engages with our clients, communicating the value of our charity programs with passion. The skills you pick up along the way will set you up in sales development, nonprofit direction, or community partnership roles. As a Community Outreach Associate, you'll train in outreach strategy, client engagement, and sales coordination while discovering how a charity wins hearts and builds support. The Community Outreach Associate reaches clients in their own spaces, articulates campaign goals, and backs it up with follow-up that proves the charity's word is good. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Associate Lead outreach efforts to identify clients passionate about social change, facilitating the sales of our core charitable programs. Act as a dependable resource, providing the personal touch needed to convert initial interest into a committed client sales enrollment. Foster community trust by providing clear, honest information about our charity's impact during neighborhood walks and local events. Streamline the donor onboarding process, managing every new sales account with total accuracy and a focus on long-term relationship building. Identify partnership opportunities to expand our charity's reach, initiating the sales of communal support for our latest humanitarian projects. Deliver professional presentations at sales gatherings to highlight current needs, securing the revenue that keeps our mission fully funded. Qualifications of the Community Outreach Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Interest in outreach or sales engagement is a plus. Professional demeanor that builds trust and represents the charity with integrity. Friendly attitude with the ability to meet sales goals and support fundraising efforts. Reliable organizational habits for tracking client interest and maintaining accurate outreach records.

$600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
