We help employees understand their options and make confident decisions during open enrollment, onsite, by phone, or both. The Opportunity We're looking for licensed Benefit Counselors to support an onsite open enrollment for an Ohio employer transitioning to an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) model. You'll meet with employees one-on-one, explain how their new benefits work, and guide them through selecting and enrolling in coverage on the enrollment platform. This is a four-day engagement with a professional, well-supported team, and a strong fit for counselors who want to join our bench for future projects. What You'll Do Conduct one-on-one benefit counseling sessions with employees at client locations Explain the ICHRA model, including how the employer allowance works and how employees shop for and select individual medical plans Walk employees through plan comparisons, provider and prescription lookups, and cost considerations Complete enrollments accurately in the enrollment platform Represent Summit360 and the client professionally and follow all compliance requirements What You Bring Active Ohio Life and Health (Accident & Health) insurance license (required) Prior experience in benefits enrollment, counseling, or employee benefits sales Experience with ICHRA, QSEHRA, defined contribution, or other choice-based benefit plans strongly preferred Familiarity with individual/ACA marketplace plans is a plus Comfort explaining complex topics in plain language Professional presence, reliability, and availability for all four dates Why Work With Us Guaranteed day rate Structured training and enrollment materials provided before the project Supportive project management team throughout the engagement Opportunity for ongoing work on future enrollment projects nationwide
