Seeking a dynamic professional skilled in social work, counseling, ABA therapy, or behavioral intervention to support school communities as a Behavior Coach/Interventionist. This contract position begins as soon as possible and will run through May 20, 2026, offering a consistent 40-hour work week. You will play a vital role in fostering positive behavioral strategies and providing day-to-day support to students, collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Alternatively, a bachelors degree in education/special education with five years experience, or a masters in education/special education with three years experience, working closely with students who have behavioral and emotional needs Must obtain and maintain a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card before starting Demonstrated skills supporting students within a school environment, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral coaching and positive intervention support to assigned students across identified schools Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Collect data and maintain accurate documentation, contributing to progress monitoring and development of future strategies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for students ranging from elementary through high school (specific caseload and school assignments provided at placement)
