Summary Georgia Support Services is seeking an Intensive Support Coordination Supervisor to lead our support coordination team in Georgia's COMP and NOW Medicaid Waiver Programs. This role is based in Georgia and plays a crucial part in helping individuals with disabilities achieve independence and community integration. Join us in making a meaningful difference in people's lives by guiding our dedicated team. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate intensive support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Lead, mentor, and supervise support coordination staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement programs that promote independence and community engagement. Manage relationships with clients, families, service providers, and community partners. Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements. Prepare reports and manage administrative tasks related to support services. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Qualifications Proven management and supervisory experience within social services or healthcare settings. Registered Nurse with 2 years acute care, ICF/ID Long term care, or medical rehab experience OR Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with minimum of 2 years experience with individuals with complex behavioral issues in a health setting related to individuals with IDD/DD Must have at minimum three (3) years' experience providing home and community-based case management services for individuals with disabilities or other related disabilities Excellent relationship management skills Ability to lead a team effectively and foster collaboration. Bachelor's degree required
