Responsibilities Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate engaging activities including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and youth group activities Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions Assist children with homework, tutoring, or learning activities to support their academic growth Implement first aid protocols and respond promptly to any injuries or emergencies using CPR and AED procedures when necessary Collaborate with team members to develop age-appropriate programs that foster childhood development and social skills Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages creativity, outdoor exploration, and physical activity Qualifications High school diploma required Must be available 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM Must be dependable, responsible, and patient Experience working with children is helpful but not required Ability to follow directions and work well with students and staff Bachelor's Degree in Education-related field preferred Associates Degree in Education-related field preferred Join us as an After School Care Worker and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enriching children's lives through engaging activities, compassionate supervision, and positive guidance.
