Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking to add team members for the Priest River/Old Town, Idaho Location. Our agency is distinct in several ways. First, you are paid for the time you are directly seeing clients and you are also reimbursed for the hours that you are preparing, engaged in training or collaborating. Secondly, we are a HRSA student loan forgiveness site which gives you $50,000 towards student loans (tax free) in exchange for 2 years of full-time employment. Third, we provide Trust-Based Relational Intervention to children and families as part of our Intensive Home and Community Based Services Program. Clinicians can choose the type of caseload based on your strengths, needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide coordinated care. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress and treatment plans. Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of work. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Utilize Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field State licensure as a mental health clinician Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Ability to maintain confidential information and records. Strong organizational and time-management skills Pass a background check and have an unsanctioned license. We offer competitive compensation and a warm work environment.
