Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Testing Center Coordinator for the Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Division for the 2026-2027 school year. This individual is responsible for assisting in the running of the school's Testing Center.
This includes:
collecting, organizing, and distributing tests, as well as proctoring students taking tests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a welcoming and safe atmosphere for test taking Communicate with students and teachers about the rules for the testing center Maintain a database of students taking tests Communicate with students, teachers, and staff when needed regarding the status of the student and/or test
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or College Degree Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community Knowledge of office technology and procedures Experience with the Google suite
Salary:
SSSA Agreement (all support staff positions at Stevenson High School shall be paid no less than $17.75/hour).
Expected Starting Rate:
Starting at $23.00 per hour. Final pay rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, including relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. All support staff positions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Stevenson Support Staff Association (SSSA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
