Position Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy through both in-person and telehealth appointments Maintain a clinical caseload serving clients ages 5 through older adulthood Meet a reasonable productivity expectation of approximately 25 - 27 billable client hours per week, allowing ample time for documentation, supervision, consultation, and professional development Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana regulations and JFS policies Utilize the agency's electronic health record for scheduling and documentation Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and case consultation Present or facilitate a clinical discussion or educational topic 1-2 times per year Coordinate referrals and connect care management clients with appropriate community resources Assist in promoting JFS behavioral health services within the community Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer Qualifications Hold a current Louisiana LMSW license Be actively working toward LCSW licensure and eligible to complete supervision within approximately six months of hire Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality client care Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Be proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems Be comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services To Apply Please submit the following: Resume Cover letter Three professional references Email application materials to staci@jfsneworleans.org.
