Qualifications:

Active clinical license (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, or LCPC-C) issued by the ME Board of Licensure, with no restrictions or active violations Maine

DOE CHRC

(background check) completion required Previous experience in a school-based or youth-focused setting is beneficial Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices for adolescents Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively partner with teachers and supervised staff

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based treatment and support to a caseload of 5-13 middle school students, adjusting strategies as caseloads fluctuate Work primarily at the middle school, with occasional travel to other locations as needed in this itinerant position Collaborate closely with classroom teachers Offer supervision and guidance to Ed Techs and Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) supporting your students Maintain accurate student records and participate in team meetings to support student progress
