9685572-04270 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your expertise supports students in Pre-K through 6th grade as a valued member of a dedicated school-based team. This role, based near Oxford and Harrison, ME, runs from ASAP through June 10th, offering a full-time MondayFriday schedule of 35 hours per week. Using your background as a school social worker, counselor, or clinical therapist, youll provide direct therapeutic services while helping ensure student well-being. Caseloads are currently manageable, with direct support for 56 students per week, expanding as needed to include those outside special education. Youll also have an essential role collaborating on IEP development and ensuring the best outcomes for every student.

Ideal candidates bring the following:

Valid Maine Educator Certification Active Maine clinical license (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, or LCPC-c) Experience working in a school setting with children in elementary grades Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative team approaches Strong communication and organizational abilities Responsibilities include: Delivering individualized, compassionate support to a diverse elementary student population Serving both special and general education students through direct counseling and intervention Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with a multidisciplinary team Maintaining documentation in compliance with school and state requirements This contract role offers a highly competitive compensation package, paid weekly for your convenience.
