Key Qualifications:

Current Michigan School Social Worker credentials (310 Certification and LARA required) Experience with middle school population strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and community partners Strong communication and advocacy skills for student needs Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and special education procedures a plus Adaptability for either onsite or, if necessary, virtual service provision

Core Responsibilities:
