7:00am-8:45am and 3:30pm-4:30pm Monday - Friday. Possible Non School Days.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is comfortable and experienced in working with students of challenging behaviors. Skilled in positive behavior intervention 18 years of age or older, required. Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired. Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children. Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills. Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection. First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred. Ability to assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required to support children's health, safety and comfort.
