Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. Valid state licensure to practice as a School Social Worker. Prior experience in school settings or pediatric social work preferred. Expertise in case management, counseling, and resource coordination. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct support and counseling services to elementary-aged students. Conduct family consultations, develop intervention plans, and facilitate crisis response. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies. Advocate for students' social and emotional needs within the school community.
