Consider joining our team to provide social work services for applicants and residents of the Minnesota Veterans Home-Silver Bay by providing assessments, clinical support and analysis to ensure residents' needs are addressed and by planning and implementing social service programs for residents of the home. This position supports the Admissions Coordinator to determine proper placement of applicants requesting admission and will work effectively with the Home Administrator to ensure the delivery of social services meets regulatory requirements and agency standards. This position is designated as full-time and primarily day shift. This position is eligible for full employer contribution toward health and dental insurance benefits.
