The LCSW plays an essential role in supporting patients and their support systems while contributing to integrated, patient-centered care. A typical day for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker may include: Provide psychotherapy services to mental health consumers in the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Center, including those who have suffered a pregnancy loss Conduct new patient evaluations and provide ongoing individual therapy Facilitate group therapy and/or support groups as needed Works in collaboration with APN and PMAD team regarding patient treatment Prepares and maintains records and reports regarding patient treatment and progress as required by regulatory standards and organizational policy This role might be for you if: Clear, compassionate communication defines how you interact with patients, families, and colleagues You value collaborative teamwork, transparency, mutual respect, and a shared passion for excellence and innovation You are able to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks while working with minimal supervision You demonstrate strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience are important to you Adaptability allows you to manage changing priorities while maintaining professionalism To be considered for this Licensed Clinical Social Worker opportunity: This part-time, 20-hours a week position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am - 4:30pm, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining a work-life balance. A Master's Degree in Social Work and a current New Jersey LCSW license is required PMH-C Certification is preferred or must be obtained within 2 years of employment A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy practice is required 6 months of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred A track record of success working in an environment of collaboration, transparency, mutual respect, and shared passion for excellence and innovation is required
