The LCSW plays an essential role in supporting patients and their support systems while contributing to integrated, patient-centered care. A Master's Degree in Social Work and a current New Jersey LCSW license is required PMH-C Certification is preferred or must be obtained within 2 years of employment A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy practice is required 6 months of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred A track record of success working in an environment of collaboration, transparency, mutual respect, and shared passion for excellence and innovation is required
