Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Valid state licensure or ability to obtain required credentials as a School Social Worker Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Confident with crisis intervention, IEP processes, case management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment to supporting children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
