Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a PRN Permanency Coordinator to join our team in our Clearfield County, PA and surrounding area.
Earn $20/hour! The Permanency Coordinator works through the StatewideAdoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) to deliver SWAN units of service toincluding Child Profile, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, Family Profile,Placement, Finalization and Post Permanency Services (Assessment, Advocacy/CaseManagement, Respite, Support Group) in an effort to support permanency for children.
The Permanency Coordinator will complete all assigned units of service according toestablished benchmarks and timeframes in order to promote timely permanency.
Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills required. Traveland some evening hours necessary. Valid driver's license and use of personalautomobile required. High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience working in the child welfare or closely related field.
