Summary:
This job exists to coordinate and expand supportive services for child victims/witnesses of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse as well as their non-offending parents or guardians and to collaborate with other area resources in an effort to provide quality, comprehensive services. Responsible to oversee the development and implementation of the Children's Program in an effort to provide quality, comprehensive services to child victims/witnesses and non-offending parents or guardians. Responsible to provide direct services to child clients via the 24-hour help line, walk-in, ongoing, and/or residing within the shelter in accordance with CASDA's mission and philosophy. Responsible to collaborate with community resources to enhance the quality of services provided to child clients. Responsible to adhere to agency policy with regards to confidentiality. Responsible to commit to anti-oppression work.
