Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30-6:30. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy, including brief and solution-focused interventions.
• Perform specialized military behavioral health evaluations and provide fitness-for-duty assessments.
• Coordinate patient care and connect patients with appropriate community and healthcare resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, PCPs, military leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and consultation to mental health staff.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical training.
• Identify and respond appropriately to safety risks, including suicidality, substance use, and potential harm.
• Maintain compliance with NASW standards, DoD/DHA policies, and facility requirements.
• Maintain licensure, required training, continuing education, peer review, and quality improvement activities.

Key Requirements Master's degree in social work (MSW). Current, active, unrestricted LCSW license in a U.S. state/territory. Minimum 24 months of independently licensed clinical experience within the last 36 months. Experience providing psychotherapeutic assessments, treatment, and brief interventions. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software. Basic Life Support (BLS) required; EMDR, CPT, PE, CBT-I, and DBT training preferred.

Pay:

$55.00 - $63.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
