Work Environment This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while working directly with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be part of an outpatient mental health clinic equipped with modern technology, enabling you to deliver effective treatment from the comfort of your home. Our team comprises experienced professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, all collaborating to enhance patient care and support each other's professional growth. Key Responsibilities In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and solution-based interventions tailored to each client's needs. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other advanced techniques that empower clients in their recovery journey. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Engaging in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to develop coordinated care strategies for clients. Participating in peer review meetings and case consultations aimed at enhancing treatment efficacy and sharing best practices. Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery. Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to improve client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Understanding the unique backgrounds and needs of each client is essential, as you will tailor your interventions accordingly. As an advocate for your clients, you will empower them through education and collaborative goal setting, helping them to achieve greater mental wellness. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services. Proven proficiency in diagnostic assessments and the creation of treatment plans. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with a wide range of populations. A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and the integration of social justice principles within mental health services. Preferred Experience While the following experience is not mandatory, it is preferred: Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery. Experience conducting group therapy sessions and workshops. Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health support. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 78,000
to
USD 115,000
annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
