Our program is designed to assist individuals and families with varying diagnoses and/or stressors, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, adjustment to disability or illness, marital/family issues, behavioral concerns, and grief and aging. We are ideally searching for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Connecticut LCSW required
- Experience with adult and pediatric cases preferred
- Experience with case management
