We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Clinical Social Work team in our outpatient Fairfield Office and providing Early Intervention services for our Birth to Three department. Our program is designed to assist individuals and families with varying diagnoses and/or stressors, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, adjustment to disability or illness, marital/family issues, behavioral concerns, and grief and aging. We are ideally searching for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Connecticut LCSW required
• Experience with adult and pediatric cases preferred
• Experience with case management
