Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Community Empowerment Mental Therapy, LLC, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of your clients, developing tailored treatment plans that follow best practices and solution-focused approaches. Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques, to meet individual patient needs.
