Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Outpatient Behavioral Health A mission-driven community health organization in Sterling, Michigan is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join its integrated outpatient behavioral-health team. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful care to adults and children within a rural Federally Qualified Health Center and Substance Use Disorder/Office-Based Addiction Treatment setting. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and primary-care providers in a collaborative model that supports warm handoffs and whole-person care. What You'll Do Provide outpatient behavioral-health services to adult and pediatric patients Collaborate closely with medical and behavioral-health colleagues Support patients in a patient-centered, team-based care environment Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Obtain MCBAP certification within three years of employment Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No evenings, weekends, or holidays Predictable schedule that supports genuine work-life balance Qualifications Active Michigan LMSW or LCSW license required Two years of experience serving adult and pediatric populations preferred Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care Interest in community health, integrated care, behavioral health, and/or addiction treatment preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $64,200, with a typical range of $65,000-$70,000 based on experience 160 hours of PTO annually, plus 9-11 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer-paid dental premiums Retirement plan with employer match Employer-paid basic life insurance Employer-paid licensure and required CME expenses Annual performance and salary reviews Eligibility for HRSA student-loan repayment of up to $100,000 per year for qualifying clinicians, potentially renewable based on program requirements If you're looking for a stable weekday schedule, a supportive clinical team, and a role where your work directly improves access to care, we encourage you to apply.
