Job Overview Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy, and provides education for patients and their families. Completes Diagnostic assessment and bills under a physician. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Required Qualifications Masters degree in Social Work and/or Psychology 2 years experience Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Preferred Qualifications 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.
