This opportunity involves supporting a therapeutic classroom environment for K-8 students, spanning both elementary and middle school grades. Youll work closely with a small, dedicated caseload, offering essential intervention and support to students who benefit most from your expertise. We welcome candidates with backgrounds as school counselors, social workers, or psychologists who have proven experience in mental health and therapeutic settings. Flexible scheduling is availableyou can choose to work full-time, certain days each week, or half-days throughout the week to accommodate your availability. Your skills will directly support 7 elementary and approximately 7 middle school students, allowing you to make a profound impact while collaborating with a team invested in student growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Eligible licensure or certification as a Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist Demonstrated experience working in mental health and therapy roles within educational or clinical settings Comfort and competence managing severe behavioral and emotional needs in a school environment Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit Driven, resilient, and compassionate approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups Develop and implement behavior support and treatment plans Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for best outcomes Foster a safe, supportive atmosphere promoting student growth and resilience Help shape a supportive setting where each student receives tailored mental health interventions and compassionate care.
