Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Valid licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist Proven mental health and therapy experience, especially with youth Comfortable managing a caseload with severe behavioral and emotional needs Adaptable to the demands of servicing both elementary (K5) and middle school (68) students Exceptional communication and collaborative skills within an educational team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to students with high-intensity behavioral needs Provide individual and group counseling Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to develop effective care plans Maintain documentation, assess student progress, and adjust interventions as needed Support a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
