Turning Point, Center for Change, is looking for a Part time Outpatient Counselor Evenings and Weekends in a generalist counseling postion, working with a varitey of ages and diagnosis. This is an exciting, fun, career-building position! We want to help you create your vision for your future career! Who we're looking for: The very best counselors! This part time position includes evening work and/or weekends, with hours and days being somewhat flexible.

What it is:

We are looking for someone that is able to work a minimum of 10 hours a week. If desired however, this position can quickly work into 40 hours or more! You will be part of a fantastic team of experienced clinicians, who really make a difference in our clients lives! Some telehealth options are available to work from home, and make this a hybrid position. Duties include completing assessments, including CANS assessments, treatment plans, family therapy, individual therapy, and discharge planning. The counselor in this position assists patients in meeting their mental health needs to achieve their optimal level of emotional health. The clinician will need to be experienced and knowledgeable and have an outstanding reputation.

Salary:

$50 per hour , to start depending on qualifications, drive, and skillsets. We will provide you with a professionally decorated office, technology in place, in a recently remodeled building!

Requirements:

• Must be Licensed in the State of Idaho as a counselor, therapist, social worker at the Masters level
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Have counseling skills and counseling experience
• Self Motivated & embrace and enjoy what you are doing
• Empathetic and compassionate
• Able to maintain necessary paperwork and compliance of all client charts
• Knowledge of best practices and Medical necessity
• Relevant Experience, and ability to team and contribute to a team experience Additional Attributes (Bonus Points) Independently licensed Bilingual 2+ years counseling experience (manditory) Experience with group therapy models Specialty area of expertise Understanding of family models Looking for a long-term career Clinical Supervisor license mental health, social worker, psychology, counselor, mental health therapist, marriage
