Pay:
$35.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience

You'll work alongside a coordinated care team to deliver crisis intervention, therapy, and skill-building support that helps clients stabilize and move forward. This position plays a key role in advancing accessible, trauma-informed mental health care across South Central Idaho.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment planning Providing crisis intervention services Facilitating individual, group, and family psychotherapy Delivering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Collaborating with problem-solving courts, adult and juvenile corrections, medical providers, and community treatment partners Leading skill-building groups for adults or children with serious and persistent mental illness or severe emotional disturbance Supporting family support programs Delivering out-patient substance abuse treatment and recovery support For supervisory positions: providing clinical supervision (requires independent licensure and 2+ years of supervisory experience)
Requirements and Qualifications:
Current Idaho Counseling License (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, or LMFT) or a master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Social Work, with willingness to obtain Idaho licensure within 6 months of hire 1+ years of counseling experience preferred (not required) Spanish fluency a plus Experience in addiction medicine helpful Ability to maintain client confidentiality About the
