Demonstrated expertise in child protective services, child welfare, or working with individuals with disabilities. Strong background in crisis intervention and crisis management techniques within social work settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications in social work or behavioral health are advantageous. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively serve diverse communities. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
