Your Role As our Adolescent Girls & Young Women's Therapist, you'll provide exceptional outpatient counseling while helping developing one of our specialty programs. You'll work with girls and young women experiencing: Anxiety and depression Self-esteem and confidence concerns Academic and college stress ADHD and executive functioning challenges Emotional regulation difficulties Friendship and peer relationship concerns Family conflict Identity development Perfectionism Trauma Life transitions Healthy relationship concerns Grief and loss Beyond providing therapy, you'll have the exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our adolescent services through program development, workshops, support groups, school partnerships, community education, and innovative ideas that make mental health more accessible for girls and young women throughout our community. Qualifications LPC, LMSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or license-eligible clinician in Michigan Experience working with or strong interest in working with youth and college age woman. Specialized certifications or interest in pursuing certification is highly valued Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and relationship building abilities Provide in person counseling and have evening availability at least 1 day a week. Please know the following:

This position begins without an established caseload. We are seeking a clinician who is excited to help build and grow our perinatal and maternal mental health program. As referrals increase, the goal is to develop a full-time caseload of up to 25 client sessions per week. As our practice grows, so will the opportunities available to the clinicians who choose to grow alongside us. Whether your passion is clinical leadership, program development, community partnerships, supervision, education, or creating innovative services for women and families, we believe in investing in people who are invested in our mission. We aren't looking for someone to simply fill a position, being a good fit matters most. This position is an 99% in-person role.
