Board Certified Behavior Analyst Counseling Certification Full Job Description Licensed Therapist (LMSW or LPC) — Full-Time, 1099 Reed Behavioral Health | Commerce Township, MI | In-Person or Hybrid Reed Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for a fully licensed therapist to join our team on a full-time, independent contractor (1099) basis. We handle the business side of running a practice — EMR, billing, administrative support, and marketing — so you can focus on what you do best: showing up for your clients. Role Overview As a full-time contracted therapist, you'll build and manage your own caseload with the flexibility to structure your schedule around what works for your life, while having the backing of a practice that invests in your referral pipeline and administrative needs. Responsibilities Provide individual (and/or couples/family, if applicable) therapy to a caseload of clients Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the provided EMR Coordinate with practice staff on scheduling, billing questions, and referral intake Uphold ethical and legal standards consistent with your license and Michigan state regulations Participate in any required practice meetings or consultation groups (if applicable) What We Offer Flexible scheduling — build a caseload that works for your life EMR system included Billing & administrative support included Marketing support included — we help bring referrals to you Competitive, negotiable fee split based on experience In-person or hybrid work options Qualifications Full, unrestricted license as an LMSW or LPC in the state of Michigan (required — no associate/limited licenses at this time) Full-time availability Reliable, professional, and comfortable managing an independent caseload A Plus, Not a Requirement Specialized training in any of the following is a strong advantage and will help us direct more referrals your way: IFS (Internal Family Systems)
