Board Certified Behavior Analyst Counseling Certification Full Job Description Licensed Therapist (LMSW or LPC) — Full-Time, 1099 Reed Behavioral Health | Commerce Township, MI | In-Person or Hybrid Reed Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for a fully licensed therapist to join our team on a full-time, independent contractor (1099) basis. We handle the business side of running a practice — EMR, billing, administrative support, and marketing — so you can focus on what you do best: showing up for your clients. Role Overview As a full-time contracted therapist, you'll build and manage your own caseload with the flexibility to structure your schedule around what works for your life, while having the backing of a practice that invests in your referral pipeline and administrative needs.
