Full-time Availability Salary Range:

$25 - 45 If you are looking for supplemental income with a flexible work schedule and no case management. This is the position for you! We are looking for experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Limited Licensed Social Workers to make in-person home visits. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting Bio-Psychosocial Assessments (Psychotherapy)

AGENCY SUMMARY:

Total One Resources (TOR) is a non-profit organization that serves the greater Metropolitan Detroit area and surrounding areas. Established in 2011, it meets the community's direct needs by providing in-home behavioral health services while promoting a better quality of life for seniors, adults, veterans, disabled, and homebound individuals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to provide psychotherapy services to the adult population and TOR agency clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must carry a full license and must have a proven track record and experience working with all age groups. You must have experience doing Bio-Psychosocial Assessments. LMSW and LPCs currently credentialed with major insurance companies are preferred but not required.

PRIMARY DUTIES PERFORMED

▶ Provide in-home psychotherapy services once a week to assigned TOR agency clients. ▶ In-Person visits will be required for new intakes only. All other visits will be telehealth. (Negotiable) ▶ Manage a caseload of a minimum of 5-7 clients per week. ▶ Complete Bio-Psychosocial Assessments for TOR clients. ▶ Develop a rapport with TOR clients while always maintaining professionalism. ▶ Document every session thoroughly using required agency documentation. ▶ Provide all agency documentation in a timely manner during the scheduled intervals. ▶ Attend Quarterly Meetings and team in-services. ▶ Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

▶ Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred in conducting behavioral health counseling. ▶ Experienced in conducting Bio-Psychosocial Therapy Assessments. ▶ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to follow up in a timely manner. Communication skills MUST BE impeccable. ▶ Must be personable and able to relate one-on-one with clients ▶ Must have excellent listening skills and understand HIPAA compliance. ▶ Must have the ability to meet all documentation deadlines. ▶ Must have a flexible schedule.
