Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK
The Out Patient Counselor provides counseling to patients in an out-patient facility, which are chemically dependent and develops a treatment program on individuals needs. Will assist patients in developing an understanding of chemical dependency and facilitates effective methods to maintain a Drug-Free lifestyle.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct substance use disorder screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with program policies and procedures.Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, substance use histories, and intake interviews.
