Unlicensed Child and Family Therapist Pay:
$29.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

New Hampshire Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a master's level therapist for a respected behavioral health organization in New Hampshire. This position provides outpatient mental health services to children experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or license eligible clinician seeking meaningful clinical experience, professional growth, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Complete behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and family counseling Facilitate group counseling when appropriate Support children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and family challenges Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community supports Provide referrals, consultation, and education Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related mental health field Degree must be from an accredited college or university Must be eligible to pursue clinical licensure in New Hampshire At least one year of degree related internship experience under qualified clinical supervision Experience working with children and families preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Benefits and Incentives Health and dental insurance 15 vacation days per calendar year Sick time and paid holidays 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions Employer paid life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Student loan forgiveness opportunities Relocation assistance of up to $4,000 Master's degree education incentive providing up to $6,000 per year for five years toward tuition costs Healthcare Recruiters International is managing this confidential search.
