Innerspace Counseling is seeking a motivated, and clinically strong individual for our open therapist position. Candidate should be a caring and empathetic provider that is passionate about helping those experiencing mental health crises and/or are struggling with a specific mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, anger issues, etc. Please visit www.

Job Description:
Maintain a max caseload of up to 12 clients, providing weekly individual and family counseling
Run multiple groups per week for the IOP and PHP programs
Document in the client's electronic health record
Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and other providers as required
Conduct Intake Assessments as needed
Conduct Safety Assessments as needed
Complete Treatment Plans as required
Attend weekly rounds meetings
Participate in weekly supervision
Requirements:
Have a valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW)
Have a master's degree in a clinical discipline
At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to youth and adults respectively
Experience and willingness to work with all age ranges (8 yrs old to adult)
Experience running groups
IOP/PHP level of care experience, preferred
DBT training, preferred
Must be a team player
Must be detail oriented
Excellent documentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, and Docusign, preferred

$62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
